Weaning part 1
i bot a coffee grinder - a grinder that can grind coffee can grind RICE/BROWN rice or oats lor. Once ground use up within 1 week & i put in fridge as well cos oils from grains will come out once ground & can turn rancid if kept too long.
(usually we buy new cos current household ones all GROUND CHILLI before - we dont want bb to SCREAM & ate us haha)
then i bot a philips (braun also very good) handheld blender - good for pureeing things. some items can MASH while others need to be pureed by a blender - i usually Steam then i blend, let it COOL then spoon into covered ice cubes trays. then once frozen Tip into sandwich ziplocks Label the food item & date it was made.
try to make small batches so food is kept fresh.

meats i buy lean mean & mince myself - i dont freeze Cooked as it will taste gritty. i just flatted in those plastic bags (clean kind) if u need some just break off 1-2 teaspoon to Cook bb's porridge.
Why tip out into zip locks -else you need to buy so many ice cube trays lor & its easier to store this way.
Fish threadfin - remove all bones & cut into small pcs - put into ice cube trays freeze, so mayeb 2 pcs stuck together is 1 portion easier for caregiver to guage.
Fresh is best but next to that & with convenience frozen food is next best.
